Name the streets. We'll bring the RV.

The homepage is the business. This page is where the rig actually sits.

If you're staying in Palm Springs and you want an RV in the driveway, this is the map. Thursday nights, VillageFest takes Palm Canyon and there is nowhere to leave a Class A downtown. Warm Sands, east of the village, still has driveways that take a trailer. Vista Las Palmas is Alexander homes and butterfly roofs, and Modernism Week in February is when those streets become a parking problem. Movie Colony lots are wider. Racquet Club is the hop to I-10 if you want to be in Joshua Tree at dawn. Demuth is the airport side if family is flying into PSP the same day.

You don't pick up on Palm Canyon. There is no shop behind the tram. We deliver to the address, or we stage in the valley and you drive it. A motorhome on Tahquitz is a different job than a trailer in Warm Sands. Say the neighborhood and see what's available.

Half the visitors come for the Aerial Tramway. The other half leaves south to Indian Canyons. July is 115°. A/C is the product. Tell us Modernism, a film-festival week, or a quiet Warm Sands month and we'll match the rig to the street.

Palm Springs neighborhoods we deliver to

The village is walkable. The motorhome is not. Tell us the neighborhood, not just "Palm Springs," and we will stage the RV where it actually fits.

Uptown / North Palm Canyon

Village north

Design district, galleries, and the walkable strip. A Class A does not belong overnight on Palm Canyon. We deliver to a driveway or a lot off the main drag.

Downtown / the Village

Palm Canyon & Tahquitz

VillageFest Thursdays, the Plaza, and hotel row. Fine for a towable at a house a few blocks off Palm Canyon. Motorhomes should stage east or north, not in the roundabout traffic.

Warm Sands

East of downtown

Mid-century inns, quiet streets, and the historic gay neighborhood. Driveways here actually fit a trailer. Easy hop to Gene Autry and the airport side of town.

Movie Colony / Movie Colony East

East of Indian Canyon

Old Hollywood estates and wide lots. Better RV parking than the village. Delivery beats threading a motorhome past the tennis club at cocktail hour.

Vista Las Palmas

West, against the mountains

Alexander homes, butterfly roofs, Modernism Week traffic in February. Streets are residential. We drop the unit and you walk to the parties.

Racquet Club / north end

Toward Desert Hot Springs

Closer to I-10 via Indian Canyon. Practical if you are rolling in from LA or heading out to JT at dawn. Less village, more room to turn around.

The Mesa

South, toward the canyons

Above town, toward Indian Canyons. Great jumping-off point for a canyon morning, then you still sleep in the valley heat with A/C.

Demuth / airport side

South-central

Near PSP. If you are flying in and rolling out the same day, this is the boring, useful part of town. Pickup and delivery both make sense here.

Why people rent in Palm Springs

Modernism Week

Extra bedrooms off Via Las Palmas in February, when the mid-century streets are packed and hotels are gone.

The tram and Indian Canyons

A kitchen and A/C between a morning up the tram and an afternoon in the canyons.

VillageFest is for walking

Thursday nights downtown. The RV stays in a neighborhood that can actually hold it.

PSP the same day

Family flies into the airport. The rig is waiting in Demuth instead of circling the Plaza.
