Terms of Service

Effective October 16, 2026

These terms cover your use of palmspringsrvrental.com. By using the site you accept them. The RV itself is rented under a different set of terms, from someone else, as section 2 explains.

1. This site finds listings. It rents nothing.

Palm Springs RV Rental shows Outdoorsy RV listings within 50 miles of Palm Springs and links to RVshare searches for the same area. It owns no RVs. It takes no bookings, deposits or payments, and it is not a party to any rental contract. It does not deliver, inspect or maintain any vehicle.

2. You book with the host, under the marketplace's terms

A booking made through an Outdoorsy listing is between you and that host, under Outdoorsy's Terms of Service. A booking made on RVshare follows RVshare's Terms of Service. Driver age, licence checks, the security deposit, cancellation, mileage, insurance, protection plans and damage claims are all set there, not here.

In the desert, the rules that matter most also belong to someone else. Air conditioning and generator use are the host's rules. Overnight parking at a home, an RV park or a festival campground is set by the property, the HOA, the city or the event. Read the listing and ask the host in marketplace messages before you pay.

3. How this site is paid

Outdoorsy links run through Outdoorsy's affiliate network, and RVshare links run through CJ, its affiliate network. When a booking follows a click from this site, the marketplace may pay Palm Springs RV Rental a commission. Those links are marked as sponsored. The rate, fees and deposit you pay are set by the host and the marketplace, not by this site.

4. Figures on this site are dated and can go stale

Counts, prices and shares of the market come from reads of the Outdoorsy listing feed. The market read used across the site was taken on September 6, 2026, and listing cards refresh every few hours. Hosts change prices, dates and rules at any time. The listing as shown on the marketplace when you book is the one that counts.

5. Not affiliated

Palm Springs RV Rental is independent. Apart from the affiliate programs in section 3, it has no relationship with Outdoorsy or RVshare. It is not affiliated with the Coachella or Stagecoach festivals, Modernism Week, the BNP Paribas Open, Joshua Tree National Park, or any city, park, campground, venue or event named on the site, and it does not speak for them. Check their own sites for their rules and dates.

6. Calls and messages

Calls to (408) 404-5926 are answered by an automated AI assistant, and the contact form goes to this site's inbox. Both give general information about listings and the area. Neither can book an RV, hold dates, quote a final price or change a reservation. Nothing said on a call or in a reply is a promise about a vehicle, a host or a booking.

7. Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not scrape it in bulk, interfere with how it runs, or submit someone else's details in a form. If you misuse the site and a claim follows from that misuse, you are responsible for it.

8. Content and outside links

The site's text, data compilations, graphics and design belong to Palm Springs RV Rental. Listing photos and descriptions belong to the hosts and marketplaces that publish them. Links to other sites are for convenience, and those sites' own terms apply once you leave this one.

9. No warranty, and limits on liability

The site is provided as is. It is checked against its sources, but it can still be wrong or out of date. To the extent the law allows, Palm Springs RV Rental is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. It is not responsible for any RV, host, booking, breakdown or trip, because it is not a party to any of them.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.

11. Changes and contact

These terms may change. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. How the site handles personal information is in the Privacy Policy.

Questions about these terms: use the contact form or call (408) 404-5926. Palm Springs, California.
